I started at Burham pre-school 23 years ago helping out with snack bar and story time. I have been the pre-school Supervisor for 18 years now, and I have overall responsibility for the safe running of the setting, I liaise with parents and our committee to make sure we can provide an outstanding service to all our families. I find working with children both challenging and rewarding as all little ones are different so discovering their personalities and what works for each different child keeps me on my toes. Seeing our little ones achieve and enjoy on a daily basis makes the job so rewarding. I am also the lead SENCO for the setting working with children with additional needs and liaising with outside professionals to make sure we are providing the best care for all our children.
